Floats, but leaks. Well… It floats, is easy to hold and easily attaches to the gopro, so it gets to 2 stars.On the downside it leaked within 30 seconds of going into the water. There is a seam around the bottom of the thing that is not water tight. Went to the hardware store and got some epoxy and sealed it up, no more leak. I shouldn’t have to go use epoxy to seal something that is supposed to be a flotation device.While on vacation I encountered another person with the same model gopro…

Product not fully waterproof. I had a regular Go-Pro to use for snorkeling on vacation over a week. Given the price, this seemed like a no-brainer purchase. The Camera and float were used everyday and initially the float did exactly as advertised… prevented us from losing the camera if we let go of it momentarily or needed to adjust our equipment while in the water.
